Within the framework of the procurement work performed on work unit area / unit of planning and administration bureau Badan Standardisasi Nasional, on Monday the 1st of october 2010 for procurement of computer work packages, in this matter acting for and on behalf of the above companies, states that :
1. Documents have obtained clarification from the Procurement Task Force on behalf of the Procurement Services Unit, with this we are willing to carry out the work mentioned above based on the type of computer contracts, in accordance with the Work Plan san Conditions (RKS) and News Event Description Work Work (BAP) has been set, the offering price as set out in the cover II.
2. Binding letter of offer is valid until December 5 to 20 (21) calendar days from the date of this offer, unless before the expiry of the above implementation of the work submitted to us.
Thus the letter of offer was made with truth, to be used as appropriate.
